Mt. Joy has shared their new single, “Coyote,” the lead effort from their upcoming fourth studio album, Hope We Have Fun, set for release on May 30. The single coincides with the start of Mt. Joy’s 2025 North American tour, which gets underway on April 19 in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Philadelphia Indie rock band has plenty of high-profile shows scheduled during their lengthy tour, including festival appearances at Governors Ball in New York and Bonnaroo in Tennessee, along with a coveted support slot at Zach Bryan‘s headline show at BST Hyde Park in London, and a return to the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, before closing down with a two-night homecoming in Philly on September 26-27. “The shows have gotten quite a bit bigger and that changes the day pretty dramatically for us,” says frontman Matt Quinn. “We don’t have to set the whole thing up ourselves which gives us a lot more time to work on new things we want to try to incorporate into the live shows.
